3. Order Tracking
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, we will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You will be able to follow your package every step of the way.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
MrShopIron is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately so we can evaluate the issue and assist you.
